Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and any money-back guarantees work for Rocketcart services. This is a general template and may require tailoring to your pricing model, payment processor, and local consumer laws.
Important: This policy applies to Rocketcart service fees only. It does not apply to Amazon advertising spend or third-party platform fees.
1) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Rocketcart services including (as applicable):
- Audit & Reset (e.g., monthly fee)
- Agentic Management (e.g., per-marketplace fee)
- Scale Squad / Custom engagements
- Any other services described in a proposal, order form, or statement of work (“SOW”)
If there is a conflict between this policy and a signed SOW/order form, the signed SOW/order form controls.
2) Free audit requests
Requests for a free audit link or consultation are free of charge. No refunds apply.
3) Subscriptions and recurring billing (if applicable)
If your plan bills monthly or on a recurring basis:
- Charges are billed in advance for the billing period unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel at any time by emailing partners@abcorp.ai (or via your billing portal, if provided).
- Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated in your order form/SOW.
4) Refund eligibility (standard)
Unless a separate written guarantee applies:
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has started or access has been provisioned, because our Services involve time-based analysis, setup, and execution.
However, we will consider refunds in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Failure to deliver agreed deliverables due to our error (e.g., we do not provide the audit/report or onboarding deliverables described in your SOW)
Refund decisions are made in good faith based on the facts and your agreement.
5) Money-back guarantee (select services)
Rocketcart may offer a money-back guarantee on select services. If a guarantee is offered, it will be:
- Explicitly stated in your order form/SOW (including the time window and conditions), and
- Limited to the Rocketcart service fee for the covered period (never ad spend)
Typical conditions (example template)
If your agreement includes a guarantee, it may require that:
- You provide necessary access and information within [X] days of purchase
- You respond to approval requests and communications within a reasonable time
- You do not materially restrict execution beyond agreed guardrails (e.g., pausing all campaigns)
- You remain in good standing on payments
If these conditions are not met, the guarantee may be void.
6) Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable:
- Amazon ad spend and any marketplace/platform charges (these are billed by Amazon or third parties)
- Fees paid to third-party tools or contractors not invoiced by Rocketcart (unless explicitly included and refundable under your SOW)
- Taxes imposed by governments (except where legally required)
- Work completed prior to a cancellation request
7) How to request a refund
To request a refund, email partners@abcorp.ai with:
- Your company name
- The service purchased and purchase date
- The reason for the request
- Any relevant invoices/receipts
We may request additional information to investigate billing or delivery issues.
8) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend Services until the dispute is resolved. We will provide documentation to the payment processor as needed.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Existing agreements remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
